Our aim is provide you with what you want on your special day, many couples are breaking with tradition so we will tailor-make a Wedding Car package to suit your personal requirements. We can provide your special car hire for a single journey or for the whole day and evening, let us know what you need and we will accommodate.
Your Wedding Car
Our Contemporary Black Chrysler 300c will arrive dressed in your choice of ribbon colour, your suited driver will work with your photographer for the perfect pictures. If required, after the service there is plenty of time to take more photos of the happy couple, and then take the Bride and Groom on to the reception venue. If the service is at the same venue as the reception, we can take you on a countryside drive, perhaps with a glass of Chilled Champagne. Giving you a few moments alone before arriving back at your venue, you can then greet your guests as a married couple and embark on the next stage of your lives together.
Compared to an airport transfer the cost of Wedding Car hire might seem a little high. However when you examine what goes into a MWExecutive Wedding car, the price difference might seem more reasonable.
Your Wedding car will be valeted inside and out, ribbons prepared, floral decorations organised and the Champagne chilled if requested. The single biggest factor in the cost of the wedding car hire, is that it is not normally possible for the vehicle to do any other work on your Wedding day. You might have booked us for just a 4 mile journey, but practically speaking the car is tied up for the day. We can not chance taking any work before your early afternoon wedding. Just in case we get caught in traffic, or for any other problems that might arise in this pre-wedding job. Similarly we will not usually book a job after the Wedding incase the Wedding goes into extra time, which sometimes can occur. So although you only want the car for an hour or two, it is a complete days work. When you factor in time to get to the venue, valet and prepare the car, plus return to base after the event, clean confetti from out of the seat pockets, it is a days work whatever way you look at it. A very enjoyable and rewarding days work, but a days work never the less.
To that end our priceing structure is as follows: Minimum 2 hour booking at £170.00 plus £70.00 per hour there after
Because of what goes into preparing our wedding cars and for the reasons stated above we will not provide a Wedding Car for less than the minimum charge of £170.00 even if you only need us for one hour.
We are happy to provide a half bottle of Chilled Moet & Chandon Champagne at an extra cost of £20.00
